    I can't believe that 9 runs was scored and two of them being homers can be aimed at the umps??????
    I think you have to give SWR some credit.

    That's my (our) girl!

    Daddy coach was there to guide and Momma was at work coaching all day! When B and AnnaBell are on they are tough. Missing Cynthia though. Those 3 have played together from day one many moons and board meetings ago! Thanks to the Guru, Lblue1 for your votes of confidence as you have been on both sides with these girls and know what they are capable of. The other Lady Cougars know the tradition and are stepping up as we go and will be just as scrappy in their own way. Thanks also to Stanlysoftball. I also am a former cougar ~class of 80

    Holly Berry is a great player, looks like she rose to the occasion. I would not have imagined 9 runs being scored against AC. I guess it just shows that if you stand toe to toe with anybody, anything can happen!

    no but honestly i think the coaches should show sportsmanship also along with the players.

    Hey, if you were not there, how can you have an opinion on what REALLY Happened??? Hmmm, I think it was HIS daughter he called safe that was a force play and was so obviously OUT... It was SW Randolphs job to line up the umpires tonight and they couldn't even do that! So, maybe that was their plan all along??? Daddy ball still lives I guess... well, payback is hell.

    From the NCHSAA website:

    "Schools

    Are to use only NCHSAA registered officials working through an approved officials' association for jv and varsity football, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball and wrestling.

    ...

    Officials

    JV and varsity football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball and softball officials must be registered with the NCHSAA. "


    Sounds like there may be a more serious issue here than poor sportsmanship.

    well the game is over now and if that was SWR plan then it worked and it was one heck of a plan.

    Maybe monte can take us all in the big room and play it back for us. Hey SWR is for real and so is AC. However the best team won tonight, Maybe AC can get this game at their place next year and get that revenge since Anna will be gone. :sifone:
