    Oh yea I remember those days to. I also remember that a gallon of fuel for the bus cost less than a buck back then as compared to what 3.49 a gallon now?

    That was when games were fun and the students got to act a little crazy, now that they don't get to even stand up now.

    Tony where are you buying your gas from, lol.
    gas is higher but so is the price of admission, concessions, we were paying for it then and we still are.

    ebhs1977,I believe all activity buses now burn diesel. If you check the signs you'll see diesel is running about a 3.49 a gallon lately.

    But are the schools paying the same thing us Joes pay for gas? I think I remember reading about gas being on a contract that is worked out at the start of the year for the school systems budget. It's more than it used to be, but not what we pay. Anybody know?
