    TBR Preps is for the girls...talking about their accomplishments, teams, highschools, middle schools, you know....the great things that come with the game of softball. it's a chance to give them their 15 minutes of fame in life, discuss college and how to get there, etc, etc.

    however, lately some of its been all about complaining and negativity....it needs to stop here. some members are being insulting, some are way over opinionated, sometimes this is being done without considering how the other person will feel and this is not what we are all about at all. if you want to insult someone, go to the appropriate forum, but lets keep it positive here no matter what. it has gotten so out of hand that a few of the members we cant afford to lose because of their knowledge and contributions, are considering hanging it up to avoid the attacks.

    so things need to tighten up here, we will start banning the people who just cant stop insulting and the one's who strive to get there opinion out no matter who it hurts. just try and think before you hit the submit key, think about how it will affect the other person.

    it's for the girls, remember??

    thank you very much cheeze105...i personally was getting tired of all the crap here also. i joined here, along with most of the members here, to hear about the girls and the high school and travel teams that they play with, and their progress...and it is all about the the girls!!:iagree:

    TBR forum has the audience........

    ......consisting exclusively of pure fastpitch softball fans. Just as brothers and sisters fuss and fight, so will we, the users on TBR. BUT, in the end, none of us would allow ANYONE else to pick on our brother or sisters! Why? Because we know that they have the very same interest in their heart for us as we do them. Its no different in the fastpitch family. Whats good for one kid in the game will perpetuate itself and be a good thing for otheres down the line. The bottom line folks is we all need eachothers support. for this game to prosper, POSITIVES are a must period! Talk smack, take it when it comes your way, and remember we're a family. Peace.

    Great observation cheeze,i think in life and in general whether at a high school game or travel ball,its ABOUT THE KIDS!I read an article the other day that asked why we do what we do and it really makes you think.Love tbr,keep it going
