    Great tune up game for the playoffs between the #1 ranked 1A and #3 ranked 2A teams. These teams split on the year.

    Swain 0-0-2-0-0-0-2-1-0 5-10-1
    WH 0-0-0-0-2-2-0-1-1 6-12-5

    Tell me something Braves. Think back and recall the number of players I have recommended to college guys over the years. I am not one that usually gets on here and does that. But the Roland kid from Swain is the real deal. The problem is he is pitching for a 1A team buried deep in the mountains at a football school. I hope Swain goes deep in the playoffs so some guys get a chance to see this kid pitch. UNCA was there last night but he needs a lot more exposure. I he hadn't made a mistake to Allison(Wingate) late in the game we would be talking about a Swain win today. He was upper 80's with some nasty stuff. Andy Partin are you out there?

    ND 7 Mt. Tabor 6, 14 innings. That is all I know, wasn't at the game. I am sure someone will post results

    I left after the 12th inning...and got a message that North Davidson beat Mt. Tabor 7-6 in the 13th.

    I would have left sooner if I would have known that's what it would take to break the tie!!!

    From what I saw...it was a really good game...but a frustrating one as well with errors from unlikly suspects...and great plays that we've come to expect from each of these teams.

    I am sure that myndsports.com will have a complete update on the game later today.

    Congratulations to the Black Knight Baseball Team...CPC regular season and CPC Tournament Champs!

    Looks like we'll play Butler at North on Friday.
