    I hope he recovers quickly, it can be dangerous but hopefully they caught it in time. My 7 year old is recovering from that. Mean stuff!!

    We sure missed Ricky in Rock Hill this past weekend! He is one of the best coaches you will ever meet! We feel very privileged to be a part of the Knockout family, it just is not the same without him! Our prayers are with him and Melody!! Melody did say he seemed to be a little better this afternoon when I spoke with her, he had eaten just a little and his blood sugar was better. It was a good thing he was transported to Moses Cone when he was.

    Prayers for Ricky

    Our prayers to Ricky & Melody, get well soon. Ricky is one of the most unselfish coaches I know, he is truly for his girls.It is amazing him and Melody not having any kids and what they do for all sports,Seagrove basketball,softball and he used to have a mens basketball team. Great person on and off the field.

    I just wanted to let everyone know that Ricky is doing a little better, he is out of ICU and in a regular room. He said he is getting hungry and eating some of his meals now, his blood sugar is better as well. He is still having problems with his left eye, he has lost his sight in that eye and the dr's do not know if that is a permanent thing or not. He sounds much stronger! Keep those prayers going!!! He appreciates all of the prayers, kind thoughts and wishes!
