    **Struggled tonite at the plate, very impatient. North hit the ball very well and played good defense.

    **The JV Lady Colts have been undefeated in conference play for at least the past 6 years. :applause: Not sure past that date...before my time!!!

    The RRC tourney will be host by the West Stanly Lady Colts this year. Our softball field is located at the school, behind the football field. Concessions will be available.

    Tuesday, May 11th
    3:00pm - #4 Forest Hills vs. #5 Charlotte Catholic
    5:00pm - #3 North Stanly vs. #6 West Montgomery
    7:00pm - #2 West Stanly vs. #7 Monroe

    Wednesday, May 12
    5:00pm - Winner of #3/#6 vs. Winner of #2/#7
    7:00pm - #1 Mt. Pleasant vs. Winner of #4/#5

    Thursday, May 13th
    7:00pm - Championship game

    I-85 to the Hwy 49/29 connector....turn right and proceed on Hwy 49 for 20 plus miles......i think you will intersect with Hwy 73, turn left and follow the signs. just been awhile since we drove to Oakboro but hopefully LadyColt or MP2 can detail more.

    www.ihigh.com/northcarolina.....click on hs sites/WStanly and i think they can provide the address and then mapquest it! sorry if not much help.

    I-85 north to Hwy 49/29 connector, take hwy 49 north to hwy 601 south. Take hwy 601 south approx 5 miles to hwy. 200. Turn left on hwy 200 and go to Locust, Turn left at the stoplight in Locust on hwy 24/27, this will take you to W. Stanly which is on the right just past stoplight at Red Cross.

    If Ladycolt has better directions, please advise.

    thanks alot MP2 and i knew we could count on you ........men ten to take the long way and as mentioned, its been awhile since we have made the trip to WStanly, but have seen them in Raleigh more often though :xyzthumbs
