    North Stanly has raised their record to 5-0 (3-0 in conference) to take control so far of the RR2A conference. Mt. Pleasant is in for a fight this year to pull it out.

    Any details on this team out of North Stanly?

    Yes, North Stanly may have a nice start,,,, and to answer your specific question, no I haven't heard any specific details about North Stanly.

    However, I still like Josh Benton and Mt.Pleasant to win the RRC. Coach Swanson has simply done an outstanding job at Mt.Pleasant. The Tigers losing to West Stanly "may" have simply been a wakeup call for them...

    I guess we'll see tomorrow at 4pm when the two take on each other again. I didn't get to see the first game but I heard West has a tough team this year.

    What do they look like this season?

    i play for north stanly .. i start at 2nd base and we are 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the conf.. we beat monroe 12-1, west montgomery 5-0, forest hills 13-3 and char cath 7-5 in our worst played game of the year. Tomorrow (Friday March 28th) we play at home at 7 pm against monroe. we are currently first in the conf with mount and west split at 2nd behind us

    no prob as of rite now i think this is the standings
    1. North Stanly
    2. West Stanly
    2. Mount Pleasant
    2. Charlotte Catholic
    5. West Montgomery
    6. Forest Hills
    7. Monroe

    im not sure but i think thats how it is. look for north,west,mount to be the top 3 team in our conf fighting for the 2 seeds to go to states.

    Mt.Pleasant vs. North Stanly???

    Can anyone tell me if Mt.Pleasant has played North Stanly yet? and the outcome?

    I understand that MP has already played "West" Stanly twice, but not North. Am I correct?

    NSBASEBALL5,,,,, thanks for your info. Good Luck the rest of the year,,,, and if your still "near" 1st place when you play Mt.Pleasant,,, then get ready to meet Mr.Josh Benton. Should be a couple great games...
