    Kings Mountain 41
    Mooresville 34 - 3 OT

    Mooresville lost a heart breaker in triple overtime @ Kings Mountain last night. Sorry for the late reply but we got in after midnight and I had some painting to do today. Mooresville (7 seed) went into Kings Mountain (2 seed) and almost pulled off the upset. The Blue Devils led 24-14 going into the 4th quarter but the Mountaineers proved their worth as they tied the game on a late field goal. A furious set of overtime frames ended with Mooresville fumbling the next series after a Kings Mountain score. It was a long bus ride home but we can all look back on this 2008 season as a successful one for Mooresville.

    just two minutes into game. Took MH 1 min. to score, WC 3 plays to answer! 9:40 to go 1st qtr.
