Just to let you know..............the idiots on this board WILL NOT LET IT GO!
I was just stating the obvious. For any high school team to make it to play offs as all these teams have thus far, is a GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT
Everyone should be congratulated for giving their best to represent their school.
No team, coach, etc. should be blasted for their achievements as I have seen lately on here.
Guess it's like most everything else in life. when you gotta blame someone you do not blame yourselves.Always nice to make it appear to be the other guys fault huh?

I haven't noticed anyone be blasted for their achievements - just their behavior.

    North Gaston 3 Fred T Foard 2

North Gaston scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth on a pinch hit double in a dramatic come from behind victory. It was a well played game with North Gaston taking an early 1-0 lead. Foard tied it up in the third inning with hits from Ben Lilly, JT Wharton, and Andrew Wyant. Unfortunately, those were the only hits the Tigers could muster all night. Lilly later reached on an error and came around to score on a sacrifice fly by Wyant.

Aaron King and Trent Rothlin pitched for the Tigers and scattered 7 hits between them. Hats off to the Wildcats. They swing the bat well and came to play.

Congratulations to Fred T Foard on a fantastic season! This one was one for the history books (25-4). Special thanks to our seniors - Brandon Eggers, Jason Sprouse, Brian Dice, Tyler Buchanan, Ben Lilly, and Mitch Granger - I love you guys!:trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy:
