    Jack safley from Rowan county was commisioner in 1984. The year Rowan was kicked out i beleive a guy by the name of Richard Lingerfelt was AD for Rowan, I beleive this may have been Joe Ferebee's last year.

    It may have been a different AD, but Theo told me is was fault. He took it hard. Ferebee's last year was 1989. Coach Dehardt took over in 1990. I'm almost positive the Rowan DQ was 1987. Boltz was at Catawba from 1987-1989. I misspoke earlier on his high strikeout game.....he actually fanned 25 out of the 27 he faced. He went over 20 K's on multiple occasions.
