Rowan plays Randolph

    Rowans first game appeared to be tryout camp in some ways. Missing East Rowan due to playoffs, Salisbury North and West Rowan fielded the game along with 3 pitchers from last year. They should be deep and deep in pitching when East arrives.
    Randolph with out Randleman and Asheboro high schools had only 10 players.
    Lots of errors and some sloppy play. Rowan used 5 pitchers. Morgan pitched a great game for Randolph. Some very bright spots in this game. The next time these two non league teams play should be very different. These two should powerful when loaded!
    Randolph won by a run 7-6.
