    Yet another dominating performance (3-hit shut out) by NWC's Ryan Overcash (RHP) in the Intimidator Classic final against previously unbeaten North Meck (ranked #3 4A). I find it hard to believe he's still unsigned----he's got a good FB, curve, changes speeds well, hits his spots and his GPA is through the roof. Surely he's being seriously looked at by many college programs.

    Last night against previously undefeated North Meck was actually the first opportunity that I've had to see Mr.Overcash pitch,,, and I must say, he's everything that I had heard about, and more. Tall, throws hard, knows how to "pitch",,,, he shut down a very talented team. In fact I don't remember North Meck getting a runner on 2B all night. Hope to see him throwing for the legion team this summer, and there are some local colleges that surely need to take note, because hes got a future in baseball.
