Our team played 5 games @ the Meadows yesterday, on their new softball 4-plex, the fields are great (tuf and dirt), alot of open spaces, huge concession and a Pro-Shop. Congrats Morganton and Burke County on a nice place to play softball. PS....The lights are so bright you need to wear sunscreen!!!!

Wiithout a doubt, the facility is the nicest that I have ever attended.
Note one of the last pictures, was taken after dark, and the field and players appear to be playing under a noon day sun, the lights are that good.

The management says that there are more improvements in store, this facility will be the best in the state, maybe the best in several states.......

That is a very nice park. They have 2 phases of the park done, phase 1 was the baseball and phase 2 was softball. I think soccer fields may be next. What all do they have in the Pro Shop? Do you have any idea who is running it? How are the team benches and stands?

I went by there about 2 weeks ago & looks like they have worked really hard in getting it ready. It looked good then and even better now!!!!!

    CONGRATS MORGANTON!

Where would these fields be at cause I have never seen that many fields around the Morganton and then would they have enough rooms?
