The Southern Collegiate Baseball League is looking to add three new teams bringing the total league to 10 team (1 would be a replacement for Spartanburg).

If you have interest in owning and operating a Collegiate summer team, have the desire to work hard but have fun and have the resources to operate the team over the long term let us know.

Braves would be a great resource for questions and thoughts too. This area is ripe with collegiate talent and the league just continues to get better.

If interested and want more information PM me or send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].

If anyone lives in the Lincolnton area...let me know. That would be one area that would be ideal. Salisbury would be another....

All would be good considerations as well.

You better have great connections in Monroe. Those people don't even return phone calls.

    woodbat SALISBURY

SALISBURY would be the perfect area to start a team.Look how they support legion.lots of college players looking for a team to play-on.I think it would be sucessful.they could play at SALISBURY HIGH SCHOOL and SCOTT MADDOX could coach.

Lincolnton Area Probably wouldn't be a good fit for summer baseball. It's a football town and having to compete with Cherryville Post 100 fans for games would be verry tough.

That being said if Cherryville gets a post season ban for the fight with Georgia they had in Sumter that situation would be ideal. David Wise Burns High School/Cherryville Legion would be perfect fit.
