If you look at the Freedom Christmas brackets looks like FHS and McDowell could likely play next thursday the 28th at 7pm...as far as roberson game --if FHS beat them with Dunbar I assume they'll be fine if she's not in the line-up , injuries are the sickening side to sports .

Freedom will likely be in the championship of their Christmas Tournament, but McDowell will have a much tougher time. The last standings I saw has Mitchell and Independence with just 1 defeat. I sure hope that it is MHS and FHS in the championship game.

    BRACE YOURSELF!

    Roberson............46
    Freedom.............32

That may not be exact, but it's within a point or 2. I think Freedom had 15 in the first half. It was 8-8 to end the 1st.

They just couldn't create any rhythm. Roberson was quick with the hands on D, and #34 (Young) trailed Ford most of the time. Her shot was not falling. I really thought she should have pushed the issue more in the 3rd quarter, but it just wasn't their night. Of course, I knew if Roberson had the lead going to the 4th, they would put it in the deep freeze, and they did. I know they spend a lot of time on that stack delay.

I'll wait for some others to report, but just not much offense in this game. Copney did pull out of her funk for Roberson, and scored some.

Unfortunately, I was wrong about Dunbar, she is out for a long time.
