Scott Glover Commits to High Point University

    Catcher Scott Glover, 2009 Charlotte Christian HS and the Charlotte Megastars, committed today to High Point University. New Head Coach Craig Cozart and the remainder of his staff reeled in an excellent, hard-working left-handed power hitter for the Panthers. Congratulations to Scott, and his wonderfully supportive and proud parents, Bucky and Jan.

    Way to go Scott! Its great seeing players you've watched since they were 11 or 12 get a chance to play at the next level. Congratulations!

    Congrats to Scott! My son has enjoyed playing with him this summer on the Megastars. What a fine young man and great role model for all players, young and old. I know Bucky and Jan are very proud.

    Way to go Scott

    I am very proud of you. I have always enjoyed working with his as catcher when I was umpiring his games. There is not a finer young man on the planet. High Point has got to be tickled to death.
