    Kernersville is scheduled to play their 2nd game (winner's bracket) on Friday Aug.6 at 5:00pm against the winner of Sumter,SC vs. Dyersburg,Tenn.

    Update: Kernersville,NC and Sumter,SC tied 2-2, with Sumter batting in bottom of 9th inning.

    Bayamon,PR over Boynton Beach, Fla 5-4
    Sumter,SC over Dyersburg,Tenn 12-2
    Colombia,Tenn (host team) over Conyers,Ga 4-3


    Day 2 Friday Aug.6 Finals:
    Tuscaloosa,Ala over Dyersburg,Tenn 12-2 (Dyersburg eliminated)
    Conyers,Ga over Boynton Beach,Fla 6-0 (Boynton Beach eliminated)
    Kernersville,NC over Sumter,SC 6-2
    Bayamon,PR over Colombia,Tenn 6-1


    Day 3 Saturday Aug.7 Schedule:
    10am- Conyers,Ga over Sumter,SC 5-0 (Sumter eliminated)

    Wow, Sumter loads the bases with only 1 out in bottom of 11th, but Kernersville gets out of it with a popup to catcher and a popup to ss,,,,,, on to the 12th inning, still tied 2-2.

    Evan Orenstein doubles for Kernersville in top 12th, later scores, Kernersville still batting with only 1 out, now leading 3-2. A walk and 2 singles, now Kville has bases loaded. Strikeout for 2nd out (I was thinking squeeze for that insurance run, but anyhow). Still bases loaded.

    Alex Swim singles and drives in 2 more, Kville now up 5-2, still batting.

    Brandon Harrison singles, now 6-2, Kville trying to seal the deal, still batting.

    Finally 3rd out, Sumter comes to bat in bottom of 12th,,,,,, with Kernersville up 6-2. I would say "good inning".

    Kernersville moves into Day 3 Winner's Bracket Finals. Congrats Kville.

    Brackets in Post #33 are updated.

    Does Kernersville play at 5PM or 8PM today?

    Remember Columbia, Tenn. is in the Central Time Zone so the brackets will be 1 hour later in the Eastern Time Zone.
