    rattdd I couln't agree more let some of those girls that practice everyday the same as the so called "starters" do. If they are going to go to the trouble to practice and improve themselves then give them their share of gametime. But we must remember, that POLITICS are the root problem with most school coaches and tournament coaches. Sometimes, some of the best players never see gametime. That just isn't fair. If you are good enough to make the team then you deserve your share as well.
