Senior Legion scores week of June 22-28...

Rowan waited till late to get something going and they got runners on second and third with one out but only got one in the 9th. Russel Michalec and Zack Simpson pitched great. Randolph scored a run on a dropped fly ball. Zach Smith homered for Rowan. Rowan has a big game which they need to win Tuesday night at Lexington.

it seems like everytime i see a pineville score they have beat theyre opponent pretty good and in less than 9 innings! im from the area but dont get to see alot of games... can anyone tell me who is playing good for pineville post 337? Keep the good work up fellas!

 

Pineville is a pretty good team for sure and will definitly make some noise in the playoffs but has lost to their rival across town Newell, twice...4-3 last week and 6-1 earlier in the season...they have quite a few college kids and the high schoolers come from Butler, Providence, Ardrey Kell and a few more..They are loaded...!

Medlin pitches Post 232 past Duplin County.

Wil Medlin pitches 6 innings of 4 hit ball with 8 strikeouts and Dillon Creech, Landon Adams and Daniel Terry drive in two each as Post 232 downs Duplin/Sampson County Post 127 by a 9-2 score. Post 127 strikes first with a run in the second and third innings before Garner strikes back with 4 in their half of the third, helped by three Duplin miscues. Zach McDowell leads off with a single and is moved to second on Landon Adams ground out and scores on Lee Dickens grounder which is misplayed. Terry’s single drives in two and Zach Furl drives in another for a 4-2 lead, to chase the Duplin starter. In the fourth, Adams doubles and scores on Creech’s RBI single. Garner plates three the fifth when Adams drives two with a triple, scoring Zach Furl and Kyle Canfield and Adams scores on Creech’s second RBI to make the score 8-2. Another Duplin error in the sixth allows Terry to score after reached on a hit by a pitch:
