    2013 MIF Shane Billings (Glenn High/Kernersville Post 36) has committed to Wingate University.

    With the help of parents Steve and Marilyn, Shane did the job in the classroom (3.7) and on field (.474/34 RBI, PT4A unaanimous all-conference, Region 5 State Games team).

    Congratulations to Coach Gregory and staff on a real "find".
    BTW... Coach Gregory was total class in the process, with player, parents and coach involvement. He was great communicating intentions, honest with approach, respectful and courteous - but without the faux finish.
