Sharing Bats

    I gave you my opinion as a coach. There are a couple of kids this year that do not like to share their bats. One is out of superstition I believe. Never asked the other kid. But both of these kids are good teammates who support their team. They are both well-liked and respected.

    Now, if a player lets any other player use their bat I would agree that all should be able to. But I wouldn't necessarily judge a kid harshly because she doesn't want to share a bat. Unless sharing the bat is not the real issue.
