    Since we're starting individual threads for big events,,,,, how bout Shelby just winning their 24th consecutive game? Sounds like the team to beat to me. Gotta givem their props...

    The Shelby Star actually misprinted the headline, it's actually 23 in a row, but still an impressive run. I'm glad someone is talking about Shelby now, Cherryville is not the only team in this area.

    Shelby will play winner of Cherryville #100 vs. Burke Co. #21.

    That will start on Friday night at Shelby, right?

    Shelby on a roll. They were 2-4 before the current winning streak.
