    Thanks SL. I'm going stir crazy and was about to drive to Shelby to get out of the office! Still, I wondered what type of field they had at Shelby that could absorb all this moisture/humidity/precipitation, mud.

    excellent field and crews maintaining it. ole minor league field and current Post 82 field.......just Shelby High Veterans Hoyt Keeter Field at its finest.

    East Rutherford 15 Crest 5

    East trailed 2-1 until the 4th when Chad Flack hit a 2 run shot over the 400 foot CF fence to put East up. ER then scored 11 in the 5th to pull out of reach, capped by another Flack HR, his 7th. East faces South Meck Friday night.

    East Rutherford 15-1

    As the old saying goes in baseball..."How can you save for something that might never happen? If you can't get past today's game, there is no tomorrow game!" :huh:

    T.J. Worrell started the South vs. Kings Mtn. game on Wednesday night but pitchers Matt Layman and Ryan Morris got time on the mound Wednesday night as well for the Sabres. Plus...there's more eggs in the nest just waiting to hatch out for the Sabres?!?
