Showcase events for 2011

    A little help needed here. I have a great group of young players (15U and 2013/2014's) who are interested in playing some showcase events next season. They all have played primarily rec ball growing up but the last couple of seasons have participated in a lot of travel tournaments also. They have enjoyed a lot of success having beaten all the major clubs we all hear about or given them a good run for their money. They don't care about joing those groups, no disrespect intended, mainly for financial reasons, not convenient to where they live, etc. But they are interested in continuing to play together in events around the Charlotte area. My question is what eventas are there in the Charlotte area (like Winthrop, UNCC, Belmont Abby, Wingate, local HS fields, etc.), who are the organizers to contact, and any other thing you can offer. This is a fantastic group whose resume is strong and is more than qualified to show well at these types of events. They (we) just need a little help getting the foot in the door to enter some of these. If you do not want to share the info in public you can pm me.
