bigdan eric will play as a db, safety is what he said most teams are looking at him to play.i think one socon school has told him they wanted him as a rb.and yes kincaid should have made it,it would have been fun to see kincaid and eric play on the same team.

the shrine bowl selection process is a joke. No doubt that kincaid should be on the team. And I wouldnt be surprised to see both the cabral brothers left off next year either

Let's hope that Kincaid is not on the team because he didn't get a recommendation.

It is an oversight for sure, but make no mistake. KINCAID IS A STUD! I wish him well.

There are academic requirements for making the squad as well.....that said, it is a political selection....and I am surprised Kincaid did not make it....

i dont really know the requirements for a kid to be bowl eligible but if its on numbers then no one deserves it more than number 24 from mcdowell. he is amazing and he really deserves to shine for the western part of the state.

SC will kick our ass because of the talent selected. The QB from Asheville is as good as anybody as well. I am shocked he didn't make it. He could play QB, DB, or WR for the west in the shrine bowl. What a joke.

I agree, Kincaid certanly deserves a Shrine bowl invitation, Spencer is a great back as well. I almost guarantee that without Watauga's run in the playoffs last year Eric would be sitting with them, deserving a spot just as much. That said Eric is in and i would not be surprised at all if Buggy gets a late invite after he breaks a few records.
