    I just found our via email that our p/1st base marisa sneed from last year at Monroe High is involved with NC States softball program. Now , she is playing with thier unofficial JV team and not the full team, but she is quite excited anyhow. She did not take up softball until freshman year and moved between 2nd and 1st until her junior year when she gave pitching a try because we did not have anyone. She pitched the only win Monroe has had in over seven years last year. She nevered played travel ball, just showed up at the field on campus to workout some and got invited to stick around with the JVs. If she can get this offer, I am sure other girls have chances as well...

    Remember

    I remember that day in 2005 when my DD signed. It was an exciting time we'll always remember. She's a junior now and how the time has flown by. Enjoy every single second of this journey for each moment is a gift from God and it passes quickly.
