With 70% chance of rain Friday does anyone know the schedule in case of rain?

This is coming from someone who personally knows Monte Sherrill VERY well, and I must say that I am INCREDIBLY disappointed that someone would dare to speak about such a great man as you have. I do not know what was said at that game, and personally I do not care. Players are not "subjected" to anything less than greatness when it comes to him. He teaches his players the importance of hardwork and perseverance, or at least that is what he taught me. I will never forget that man for the many amazing things he showed me through his coaching style and the way he acted toward the fans and players.

Is a good pitcher but not the best at the Creek. Saw Washington put up some good numbers on her and Wash. doesn't swing the bats that well. The 4A teams from the west appear to be playing at a higher level. Just my oberservations which probably aren't worth much. Good luck to all!

TOTALLY agree on Leonard, but i'm telling ya watch out for some of those "lesser" names.
Alex Ryan-Fuquay
Hailey Shelton-East Surry (would put her up there at the top)
Shelby Parker-Swain County (watch this kid go & only a soph)
the two headed monster (sorry Hannah Alexander and Tess Swing lol ) at North Davidson
Little unhearalded Chancey Stone-West Stokes (she just wins ball games and their on their 2nd straight trip there)

Love Chelsea Leonard to death and she is the cream of the crop but don't let the big names blind you to the obvious other talent that is down there.

My picks
1A East Surry-been there so many times
2A my heart says West Stokes, my head says CD
3A SWR-until somebody beats them
4A too close to call? lol cop out i know ok with a gun to my head i'll say North Davidson...blinding speed...pressure,pressure,pressure it just keeps coming...plus Monte has his, would love to see Lambros get his!

OK so i don't think much of his intimidation tactics,just my opinion,he is a great coach no doubt,but these coaches are coaching HIGH SCHOOL,not major leagues,they have to watch themselves even more,because young eyes are watching.And yes coach Lambros and coach Sherrill are friends, but if any, and I mean any, assistant at north would have made such a statement,(no matter what)he would have been told to leave,and I mean the team.but thats the different styles as you say.good luck.GO BLACKNIGHTS

so does this mean we can finally give it a rest...i mean this thread is not here for us to bash coaches or talk about whats happened in the past...what happened happened and there is nothing that cn be done about it now...im sure if the coach had to do it over again he would have approached the situation differently...humans make mistakes and coaches are human...that tournament is long gone now and this thread isabout what is to come at the creek not what happened in SC...
