South Caldwell Easter Tourn. follow up

First let me say a big thank you to all the teams and fans that were here for two great days of Softball.(this thank you includes all the players and coaches, without you guys such a enjoyable two days could not happen)
The next thank you goes to all the hard work done by the concession workers, the ticket seller and the ground crew, and yes, even the umpires who managed there duties well above average..
While this was a round-robin tourn. and no winner was declared, Freedom ended with the best record, with only one loss in the four games played.

Once again, thanks for coming, and come back next year, we enjoyed having you here.

 

It was a great tourney, and it would be worthwhile for every high school team to be playing over the break. After all, playoff time is not far away......

Kings Mountain finished 3-1 also....

 

Sorry about that 2girlsmom, I left for part of the day, both days and missed a couple games..

 

West Lincoln finished 2-2. After considering all the possibilities, I'm pretty sure our whole team was abducted by aliens and weren't really there on Wednesday. But luckily the right ones showed up for Thursdays games...lol. It was a great tournament and couldn't have asked for better weather. Thanks to SC for hosting the event. Also got to meet Shutterbug, it's always cool to put a face with a name from up here.

I have to agree...Great tournament, with great weather.....everyone was so nice from the gates, to concesions, to groundscrew, etc....Got the chance to meet Shutterbug also....Thanks Shutterbug for the awesome pictures!
