What that tells me, is that maybe ACHS staff is just as good as South Caldwells, but we all know that Spartan fans such as "the best" know it all..

Welp, since the Cougar fans are runnin wild on here. I might not be the South Caldwell fan you guys are wanting to blast, but I'm not afraid to discuss baseball.

Do I think Alexander played better than South? By all means, yes.

Do I think and hope Alexander will get their butts handed to them in the last game of the year at South? By all means yes. So enjoy the glory now boys.

Do I think weather conditions played a role in the game? Yes. Do I think the changing of the starting time had something to do with South's mentality? yes. (which by the way the starting firstbasemen for South missed the gametime because he was on a college trip) Do I think the AC coach had the grass that high for a reason other than too wet or too lazy? Yes.

Do I have a problem with baseball mindgames? NO!
Way I see it, war is hell.

DownSouth, its amazing how you can blame the field conditions on the ACHS coach. It had rained for 2 or 3 straight days and I am sure that cutting the "WET" grass was not an option. And as far as moving the game up in time, affected both teams mentally. I travel through Caldwell weekly with my job, and when people find out that I am from Taylorsville they say the same thing "I cant believe you guys won!". My response is, "you guys have NEVER beaten us!. Now that all may change, and we may not even be in contention when we play you guys again, due to the fact that we will have to play McDowell again (I am sure that they will pitch the lefty again). But, if we are then you guys had better find another oitcher because that one only throws SLOW curveballs!
