    Bumgarner threw 57 pitches for win. Hit 2 homers along with grandslam by Shehan.

    He only threw 57? Wow, he'll definitely be in to close game 2 if they have the lead or to close game 3 if it gets that far.

    As good as Bumgarner was on the mound in game 1, Lowry was just as impressive for Scotland in game 2. Messer was not far behind for Caldwell either.

    scotland up 10-5 w/ 2 outs in the 7th. SC just hit a homerun.....

    wow, South had a chance up 1 game..Thats why it's so tough to win a State Championship..Congrats to the kids from both teams on their accomplishments..
