Southwestern 4A Conference Standings

    I think these standings are correct based on box scores from the Clt Observer. Make changes as needed.


    Southwestern 4A

    1) Providence.... 9-0, 5-0
    2) Butler............9-1, 5-0
    3) Kell...............9-2, 3-2
    4) South Meck... 5-5, 2-2
    5) Independence 6-3, 2-3
    6) Myers Park ....7-4, 1-3
    7) Weddington....3-5, 1-4
    8) East Meck......2-8, 0-5


    Please update and correct.

    Bottom line, this week will go a long way in determining the conference standing. I wish I could see the Butler/Providence game. I think Providence will take it.

    South Meck beats Weddington
    Weddington mashes AK
    AK nearly beats Providence
    Indy bashes South Meck

    This is a crazy, crazy conference this year

    Teams are off from conference play for Spring Break but plenty of action in Easter tournaments:

    Butler at Wilmington Hanover Tournament
    Providence, Kell, Weddington & Myers Park @ Jack Sink Tournament
    South Meck & Indy at Fayetteville Byrd Tournament
