    Let's not forget former E. Rowan standout Spencer Steedley for his 1st A-10 POW award. Spencer backed up last weeks numbers with a 4-6, 2 HR, 4 RBI performance yesterday against App State.

    A 10 Award

    Spencer had 5 extra base hits against Temple and pitched a great game against North Carolina to win the award. He started off the week with another great game against App so he should have a chance to repeat. Shortstop Mike Ambrose had also won the award a couple of weeks ago. These two players have helped Charlotte to their best start in baseball.

    Meck sleeper- Greg Allen

    Allen was voted USA South Rookie Pitcher of the week this week and is having a very good season(3-1) at Greensboro College. He didn't get to pitch much in High School, but has always had ability.
