    18u Players Wanted

Team TFS 18u is looking for 2 players for the upcoming season. I am interested in 2010 or 2011 grads; but 2009's will be considered. Players interested should have previous travel ball experience and be willing to play more than one position on the field. We have access to practice facilities in the Triangle and the Triad as to accommodate players in both areas of the state. Team TFS is a division of The Fastpitch School which is headed by Michael Bastian. He is a former US National Team Coach, former Chinese Olympic coach, and Clinician for the International Softball Federation. Coach Bastian is now coming to NC once a month, to work with our teams and does individual lessons as well. Players that are interested are welcome to contact for more information. Please visit our website for schedules, alumni, organizational information, tournaments hosted, etc...

I have got to tell you a bit about this team, Those on here that know me realize that I do not have any connection at all to this team, i coach HS and 18u My DGD plays for an older 10u program.
I was at Rocky River last weekend and happened to walk by the Heat just after their game while Coach Lang was talking with them. I was impressed with the way he spoke to these young ladies, after what was a pretty bad loss. He was positive and supportive and stressed that tomorrow was another day and that they will come back and just try to get a little better each game. As I moved on I thought to my self there is a young coach that knows what this is about. and was surprised with his gentle, helping and positive way with his girls, it turns out that a few hours later I realized the coach Lang was the brother of a young lady that payed ball with ny DD many years ago, small world. If you are looking for a first year team that has coaching that knows how to teach and nurture young athletes please do your DD a favor and give coach Lang and the Harrisburg Heat a long hard look I know you will be impressed.

Carolina Cardinals 18U looking for a high caliber catcher

Due to a couple of kids deciding against playing ball this summer we have an opening for the right catcher/utility player. Call or email for an individual tryout. All inquiries confidential.
We play a highly competitve showcase schedule including all the Cardinal tournaments (NC & SC), the Dynamites (SC), Hot Times (SC), Team NJ (NJ) , Rising Stars Fall (FL), Ronald McDonald (TX), ASA State and hopefully the 18U ASA National.

Also please don't let where we practice be an issue. We can work that out and still make it beneficial for player and team.

    16U Pitcher Needed

The Copperheads, composed mainly of girls from Central Davidson, are looking for a solid pitcher to round up the line-up for the summer and fall. We have a great bunch of girls, and we expect everyone to always give their best effort. We practice at Central Davidson High School in Lexington.
