SR. Legion ? RELEASE / CUT

    1. If your closest Sr. Legion team does not carry your school then is this the same as being cut? And would you then need a release from that team..

    2. Then the 2nd closest team (which is just formed this season) does not carry your school is this the same as being cut and would a release be needed ?

    In the above scenario would my son need to go to the 3rd closet school ?

    I would like to know if a team does not carry my son's school is this the same as being cut ? And would a release be needed ?

    You have to play for the team nearest your home. If they will not take you get a release and then go to the next nearest and then the next till you have a team that will except your player. Keep in mine that which ever team they play for will have to carry the enorollment of your school.

    I believe thats correct, word of mouth won't do it (people can say they didn't say that), get it in writing from team 1 that they don't carry your enrollment (thru the form of a release), then go on to next closest team. If at anytime a team ever refuses or says they don't need to give you a release, just clear it with area commissioner and explain situation.

    Any coach/AD in this area will be glad to give you area commissioner's name/number. If your in Area 3, its Jim Lippard from Davidson County. Send me a PM if you need his contact info.
