Ask Matt Camp, formerly of Belmont South Point and now a starter for N.C State, about exposure in the Senior Games. Last year, Camp went to the Games committed to play at Spartanburg Methodist. After a 9-13 performance at the plate and hustling and diving all over the place at shortstop, he impressed the Wolfpack head coach and a Kansas City Royals scout enough that he left Raleigh with a scholarship offer from the Wolfpack. Matt has been a starter all year in the infield and outfield for State, and has had a great freshman year.

Amen. We've seen Matt play twice this year. I talk with Coach Jones before State played it's first game at Elon and asked him how Matt was doing. His reply, "Matt's starting in left field today. We have to find a place for him in the lineup because he hustles so much!" At last check, Matt was hitting over .300 and was close to the highest average on the team.
