    BESR Certified

Its a circular stamp that is on the barrell of the bat. BESR stands for Bat Exit Speed Ratio.

    Think it is BESR Certified.

    I have no idea

I just know that in order for the bat to be used in HS or College it must have the BESR stamp on the bat. I am not aware of any -3 bats produced today that do not have the stamp on them. As far as LL I have no clue.

For HS and College BESR is the stamp. I know in the past for Dixie Youth for example, it had to have a Dixie Youth stamp on it and I think for LL too. Not 100% sure though.

Kinda like "same difference"...if the difference is the same, there is no difference.
