    I know you gave but I have to add

    Nate Cash, C Ragsdale 2009
    Ben Fultz, 2B Ragsdale 2010
    Desean Anderson, RF Ragsdale 2010

    Those three started every game as freshmen. Cash not only helped Ragsdale get to game three of the state finals against Conley, he got two hits of the great Alex White.

    Freshmen are very capable of competing these days.

    both kids are 2010s and started every game as freshmen for a 19-5 Smithfield-Selma
    squad that won the Neuse River 4-a conference.Parrish was on the hill for sss in their first round playoff game, which they lost but he did not get the run support from his offense.Brown had one of only three hits for the spartans.

    Some of these kids have the natural ability that they benefit themselves and their teams by playing up. The select few who can must be athletic specimins, large kids, strong, and with near flawless fundamentals. The four I named earlier all have the tools to make large impacts on their programs this spring.

    Some of the freshman at the Impact camp had big workouts so I hear. Some of my orginal mentions attened too my sources tell me.

    Dykota Spiess started every game for Freedom High as a freshman and was the only freshman who made all conference with the likes of South Caldwell ,Watagua,and Reynolds in the conference.

    Yep...it's easy to predict a bright future for that young man. Somehow I need to watch him play this year.
