    3A:ragsdale vs conley

    4A:south caldwell vs scotland

    i say......THE EAST SWEEPS!!!!

    didnt the east win at least 3 out of 4 last year???

    4A goes to the West. 3A might. 2A is east. I know nothing about 1A.

    Predictions

    4-A a toss up.
    3-A see above.
    2-A North Lenoir's pitching is too deep and too strong.
    1-A West Columbus is very very good. Tremendous speed up and down the line up.

    South caldwell

    South Caldwell wins 4A. They are solid thru the line up, defense is solid and pitching is deep. A big plus is these guys have been playing together since middle school and they believe in each other. There is a bond there that can't be broken.

    The NCHSAA website brackets show 1A and 4A play at NC State and 2A and 3A play at First Horizon Park. Anybody know anything about this??

    4A - My heart says Scotland (I have a buddy that's an asst. there), but my head says South Caldwell.
    3A - Conley - Jason Mills and his squad has been there before.
    2A - North Lenoir
    1A - West Columbus - Pulling hard for my friend Ricky Young, an excellent young coach.

    scotland i hope for Coach Britt good friend of mine and works gard to deserve it,...
    allegiance torn betwee CC and WC Gary Leonard asst to me region 5 and state champio winner himself now looks to get another as AD! While coach young was a former player for me at Hallsboro HS...
    Ragsdale becauses they are in the 5 region and right down the road from my alma mater! :)
