    I posted this in the wrong place I think. First timer. How much can the State Games have on recruiting? We have skipped showcase in favor of camps. I was wondering whether the State Games can lead to something. The camps have been very good and this is the start of camp season.

    State Games is THE single best recruiting event in NC...period! Nothing else comes close.

    My son has been to camp, received emails, been invited to some games, and had some visits to his games. The coaches have emailed they will be there at the State Games to evaluate. The whole process is kind of nerve-racking and exciting at the same time. He is looking forward to the State Games and I just want him to have a good experience.

    As Braves stated, it is THE best place to be seen in North Carolina. It puts you at the fore front and sets you apart in the the event where ALL colleges and universities in the state and surrounding states come year in and year out. A huge advantage to anyones recruitment who comes to "work".
