Dogjaw congrats to the whole SWR team it was a good ride and enjoyed every game I attended this is something the whole team will cherish and remember for ever

 

Sammy used to pitch for the spirit , I think that was there name , and I think for the spinners before that , she can be awesome when fresh but she can be hit when she gets tired , she was awesome this weekend though . SWR played CH with her pitching in a scrimmage this year and beat them 8-0 in the 5 inninig game , it was everybody's third game that day I think

 

Guru, when you start questioning Morgan Childer's pitching, that's when you stop being a Guru. Guru?

 

3 state champs

Rage and Lady Blues pitchers are on three of the four state champions teams , WOW !!. . . . .

SWR played three games and pitched three pitchers , Maness ( Rage ) , Marsh ( Cardinals ) , and Campbell ( Rage ) . Rage also had 13 past or present players on three teams at the final four, 1A NM , 2A CD and of course SWR , SWR also has 4 previous Lady Blues and 5 current Knockouts . I dont know how many Lady Blues were on all the final four teams but Butler and Central Davidson pitchers are Lady Blues ....Super Job

 

Not Fair at all...

That is not fair to Guru or anyone else, for that matter....He is not talking about Morgan's rise ball, he is talking about ANY rise ball.....He is telling the truth, that most rise balls are in fact BALLS, but a hitter's eagerness gets them in trouble as they are trying to put it in play.

Not questioning Morgan's pitching,just a suggestion,and that statement sounds a little haughty,but I guarantee you that teams are practicing staying off the rise ball, grant you it is hard to do,because that what SWR practiced before they played you,and it appeared to work....I still have the crudentials to be GURU---LOL...Remember nobody is invincible,I don't think my daughter is, and surely nobody should think their daughter is either...Love ya ,Mean It !!!!

 

Chapel Hill's SS plays for the NC Flames and is a very good player. I do believe she is one of the best hitters in the state.

 

SWR's pitching is good, but their defense really helps their pitchers.

 

Very good is an understatement for that SS. she made play after play that I thought were sure hits. I was very impressed by the CH players. They never gave up and never let the other team relax. Wow.
