    Can't add alot more to the Forestview vs Franklin coverage. Lots of base runners left stranded (and smart defense. Franklin is a disciplined ball team with top notch key players. I compliment the players & fans on a great game. I’m certain ya’ll will see us again next year.

    Jet – Fence – CF – great to see ya down here in the “flat land”…

    It is flat....I kept walking with a limp... :rofl: I hear you Gent about the game...We both were shaking our heads when Forestview had bases loaded with just 1 out in the bottom of the 7th with the catcher coming to bat and could not score. She had been killing the ball the whole game. Yes, your team will be back next year. DD is a junior??? right?

    for those in the Mtn region who are wondering if they can watch the Enka game and then drive to Kings Mtn for the Franklin game.........its 7pm, Tuesday. Should be another great 3A playoff game!

    Does anybody know what time Ashbrook and Kings Mountain play and I guess they will play tomorrow (Tues) ????????? Times should be in Gaston Gazette Tues paper but that is 50/50 as the sports writer for Gazette is still in a state of shock He can not put 3A baseball standings in paper 3 times a week as he has been doing and very long articles about repeat of state championship and about Ashbrook next year. I feel for the Ashbrook players but one bad inning killed their season but it sounds like they played one of the better teams not only in the state but the Country. He is not going to do much about softball like most papers across state this Board needs to report about things that happen and scores and we do NOT need the papers
