Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
Didn't get to go to the AC Reynolds game tonight, but we are all proud of our girls and the way they represented our conference against a very tough opponent on the road today. Congrats to the Rockets on a great season! :applause: :applause:

Here's the link to the local Concord paper. They have an article about the up coming game so I bet tomorrow they have a game story. Shoot the ACT could even have one but don't bet on it.

Central dominated the first 6 innings leading 7-0. Then got a little sloppy giving up 5 runs with two outs in the 7th and only won 7-5. Only one earned run. Gina Allen pitched great striking out 16 batters and giving up 6 hits three of those being infield hits.

Acfan, the CC/ACR game had severals errors on each side......... oh yea the umpires made errors on both sides also. CC scored 3 runs in the 1st and 4 in the 5th inning. The game went scoreless until the top of the 7th when ACR scored all five of their runs. I will have to say that ACR came back and made the game interesting. If I'm not mistaken all their runs were scored with 2 outs in the inning. Jenelle Trifon came in relief of starting pitcher Amy Huntley in the 6th inning.

    WP:Gina Allen
    LP:Amy Huntley

guess the game i saw was a little different than the one seen by vikings fan
reynolds was pretty sloppy in the first and fifth on defense allowing runs to score couldnt have been too many earned on cc' side either
they did enuff to win with some seeing eye hits mixed with reynolds errors
only a couple of hard hit balls on either side
allen was excellent on mound till ac seemed to figure her out in 7th
other than that seemed pretty evenly matched
    congrats to cc on advancing
