After a night of a little luck, East rode the momentum from last night right into tonights game and absolutely pounded the ball. I do not know how many hits they had, but I would venture to guess more than 10. East will play at North Davidson on Friday night

Very lopsided effort tonight at Staton Field. Parkland got on the board first with a solo homerun by their catcher (cant think of the name), but it was all East Rowan Mustangs after that and East kept pouring it on. I think Parkland's pitching just ran out of gas and East was just too much. East has very deep pitching and that is going to really come into play in these playoffs. East has pitchers who are not throwing a lot of innings but could easily start for other teams. East will be on the road for the first time in the playoffs when they travel to Southwest Guilford Friday.
