    4A Teams include:
    Ashbrook
    East Gaston 12-8 (5-4)
    Crest
    Right now Ashbrook leads EG by a game, (teams split regular season games) for the leagues only 4A berth. Ashbrook has an overall record of something like 13-4 (I think)
    Not sure about Crest

    So the 4 wildcards in the west should come down to these teams it looks like if there are no upsets in the conference tournament or netiher of the teams move up to second place in the conference. Any other teams close?

    Freedom 14-5
    E. Gaston 12-8
    McDowell 11-6
    South Caldwell 11-8
    Davie County?
    Providence (If not second in SW4A)
    North Forsyth (If not second in Metro)

    West will be the 4a representative from the Queen City until the next realignment. The other three 4a teams in the conference are Garinger, Harding, and Berry. The only wins they have are probably against each other, Harding being the best of the three.

    Are the bids for playoffs determined by "conference" win /loss record or over-all (all games played) record ?
