Agreed with Daddy Dobber,Softball Nut, & Cheese....there's nothing like a good 98 degree day for 12 hours on the dirt playing with talented girls, and watching them give a 100 % with a heat index of 105-110...these are real athletes not afraid to sweat or should I say perspire...NAH, Sweat sounds better....highschool ball and TB not even on the same planet !!!! I'll lay anybody a hundred dollars and bet that boys couldn't play 6-8 games in one day like some of these girls do on an every weekend basis..... GURU

HAIL TO THE TB GIRLS !!!!!

    my girl

cheeze & others, don't know if you agree but I always found as a youth league rec coach it was just easier to pull my own daughter out of a game in order to get lesser used substitutes into a game. I tried to be fair always and still play to win, but I usually pulled my daughter out more than others. seemed to make things easier to handle with potential parent concerns, but in reality it was not "fair" to my daughter.

any others who handled it this way? comments welcome for on TB / rec/ others.

dont know about that. dixie youth, everyone had to play. we would rotate outfield and pitching. asked mo and rah if they thought they were getting raw end of deal by me pulling them all these years - reply was no, i only pulled them if they were messing up badly and they agreed most time it was justified. perhaps different situations.
