Stepping On Toes----OUCH !!!

I've just learned in the past week that it appears without saying names that a family has flaunted their affluence so much that it has influenced a coach to play their kid all the time,and has cause others to leave...I still can't find the letter "I" in TEAM,but some do whatever it takes to push others out so that their child can shine..You know the Ole saying, " You Reap What You Sow ", believe me whatever a man doeth it will return on him at some point in life,you can't escape it..I call the above the PARIS HILTON SYNDROME, her wealth has got her where she is today, publicity can be bought, so the more popular you are the more value you are to this world's standards.So be careful how you let money rule you,because if you make enough people unhappy by showing favoritism to one kid you might be left with her only, and my friend it would sure be hard to play ball with one ball player.Maybe the letter "I" is in the word TEAM if one player makes a team..Guru

Me and jfagala agree on this one it happens on just about every team at some given point and time! SAD but true!!

 

Its all about "ME"

No "I" in team, but there is a "ME" This is the "me" generation thats growing up these days; the instant gratification , gotta have it right now, whatever the newest craze is, want to be the center of attention furture leaders of tomorrow!
But you know what, its not entirely their fault! They only followed the examples of our generation! The wrong ones of course! Think about it....just plain sad!

Very sad but true. It happens a lot more than people want to admit. It happens in school as well as travel ball.

PS. If I had more money, I would have my DD to play for fagala's bunch........LOL
