Strike Out Cancer game - honoring Cindi Arnold

    WPU Softball has hosted a "strike out cancer" game for the past 12 years.
    This years event will be Friday, March 25, 2016
    100 PM First Pitch
    This is Good Friday...so if you have the afternoon off, come out and support a great cause..

    William Peace University will be playing Covenant College from Lookout Mountain Ga.

    We will dedicate this game to Cindi Arnold, a long time USA South Umpire that lost her life earlier this year to cancer. Cindi served as an assignor for the USA South, as well as on the NC ASA staff.

    Cindi called NCAA Division I, II,and III softball, and was recently inducted into the NC ASA Hall of Honor.

    She was behind the plate in the first game I coached at WPU.

    All Proceeds will benefit the“PRETTY IN PINK” Foundation and their “PINK RIBBON RIDE”.
