Since the summer is ending and the fall beginning, what are some of your highlights over the summer season? Legion, showcase, Little League, ect... What will you remember?:trophy:

For me the most fascinating story was the Andrew Morton Show. To read his developments from the beginning to the end was extraordinary.

The "Will Clark"- Deep Throat situation was the low point of the summer.

This summer I had the pleasure of coaching a 15-16 year old all-star team from Kernersville, NC. We won the district and the state. Won the state by defeating Myers Park two times. We went to Georgia for the regionals and went 3-0 in pool play and got beat by Alabama in the southern region semi-finals.....there were 3 boys on the team that had never played all-stars before and 8 of the 13 had never won a district title. The main reason I got to coach these boys was because I got injuried during the first week in my first year of college baseball. I guess if I hadn't had shoulder surgery, I would have never gotten the chance to coach this team....It's something that I'll always remember and something that those boys will always remember

Hey im a new member of TBR and ive seen alot of baseball this summer and the team that most impressed me was the 18U Dirtbags. They have lots of talent like Addison Johnson and Dustin Ackley (both North Forsyth players). Wade Moore, Kyle Seager. This team is one of the top teams in North Carolina. Also the 2 younger 17U Dirtbags teams were also good. Alot of good O7 talent out there
