    I think it was a team east of Raleigh, but it really doesn't matter, UNC is headed to Omaha, again.

    I was looking for this thread all week. Guess I didn't think about it being in preps. Beckham has improved by leaps and bounds. He wasn't even drafted out of high school, but he started as a freshman but when he would come to the plate everyone in the stands would be like "God, not this Beckham kid" He has always had power but he hit like .260 and struck out a ton. Hit that freshman wall, and struggled some at short as a freshman. Seeing him now is a revelation from where he was just two years ago.
