    - Yes, that's exactly what this forum is about

    This should become a huge response thread. It's really difficult to predict the season. There are too many unknown factors--what new kids will stand up.

    Last year (2009) was the only time I have "EVER BEEN RIGHT" with my predictions about who would go the the MLB World Series! Not bad for doing it for over 50+ years, huh! I was wrong about who would win however!
    Let me see, my winning percentage then would be ....... never mind!

    From an absolute homer, here's hoping that the South Meck Sabres have a competitive year in the SW 4A. I hear that the new coach is bringing excitement, and some baseball credibility, back to this once proud program. I'm a parent of a 2009, 3 year varsity, SM player. The last 3 years were difficult, frustrating ones for everyone involved.
    So, this year, I'm pulling hard for some SM kids to step up, and with this new coach, get the program back on track. I don't know if they have quite enough horses to be a contender this year, but I'll bet you see great improvement in the way they execute, and play the game.
    Philly Dave, I'm looking forward to seeing Michael throw some this spring.
